Create asset specific templates

Create inspection templates with any type of fields such as images, videos or multiple choice options using an very easy to use editor. Organize the template in sections and use powerful branching logic to capture data for various conditions.

Inspect using mobile app or Realwear HMT-1

Use the simple mobile app on the phone or tablet to conduct inspections. When hands-free operation is needed, use the voice enabled Google Glass app. Simply scan an asset for identification and start capturing data. Add images or videos to a complete view of the asset.

Inspections can be conducted offline when there is no internet connection and synced later. Capture data in multiple sessions using the Save as draft option. Once inspection is completed, it can be assigned to one more team members for review and approval.

Monitor project progress in real-time

SnapSupport's dashboard keeps you updated on the inspections completed and in progress. See status by category, location or by day.

View inspections as a list or geographically organized on a map view. In case the field has questions or clarifications, provide support using chat or live video call with team members from multiple locations.
